JM Home and Property Services is a veteran-owned remodeling contractor serving Springfield, TN, and Jeremy runs every job himself. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, build decks, porches, sunrooms and custom homes, and restore water and fire damage. Every job is priced from its own scope in a free, written, itemized estimate.
Springfield and the rest of Robertson County are tobacco-country roots and a handsome historic downtown, with a lot of older farmhouses and traditional homes on bigger lots. Those houses have great bones and often need a thoughtful update — a modern kitchen, a redone bath, or a porch that matches the era.
We're only about half an hour up the road from Clarksville, so Springfield is comfortable territory for us. Veteran-owned, and we treat every project like the homeowner's going to live with it for the next twenty years — because usually they are.
What does a remodel cost in Springfield?
There is no flat price list. JM Home and Property Services prices every Springfield remodel from its own scope after a walkthrough, and you get a free, written, itemized estimate before any work starts. What moves the price: the size of the room, the materials and finishes you pick, and whether walls, plumbing or the layout move. Financing is available through HFS Financial. Call (931) 488-4344 to set up the walkthrough.
Do you need a building permit for a kitchen or bathroom remodel in Springfield?
It depends on the scope. The City of Springfield requires a permit for interior renovations or alterations that change walls or room size or move exits, and for adding or relocating plumbing or gas piping. Painting, tiling, carpeting, cabinets, countertops and similar finish work do not need one. Permit questions go to the City's Codes Department at (615) 382-2200.
